Within 30 days of the original purchase date, SmartMax will accept the return of any product purchased directly from SmartMax. We cannot process returns for products purchased from resellers or other sources.

  • Your Name
  • Company Name
  • Product Name
  • Product Serial Number
  • Reason for Return
 
After the above information has been received, a letter of destruction will be provided in order to process your request. SmartMax shall refund the purchase of the SmartMax product once the product is reported by the customer as "destroyed" and the letter has been executed and received at SmartMax. Please allow 14 days for refund requests to be processed.

Once this information has been supplied, you will be provided the appropriate SmartMax License Transfer Form. This form is to be completed and signed by both the "seller" and the "buyer" and returned to SmartMax. The fee of transferring a license is $85, which can be paid by either party. 
 
Free telephone and email support is offered for 30 days from your original date of purchase. After this time, there is a flat, per incident fee of $65.00. As an alternative to paying for support per incident, we offer an annual support plan for $399. Assistance for DNS setup and other non-SmartMax related issues is also available and charged at a rate of $95.00 per hour. Turnkey installations are $150 per product.
