We started using SmartMax products in April 2000. We
have used Versions 3, 4 and 5. We have found SmartMax
to be a great company to deal with. We have thousands
of mailboxes on multiple domains. It just keeps going
day after day. We have very demanding users that send
artwork up to 75mb on each email to over 100 addresses.
This is childsplay to MailMax. SmartMax support is great,
they will actually talk to you. I sent an email today
and received a telephone call within 30 minutes. We transit
about 5 million mail messages per year through MailMax.
We have never had a crash. Never had to rebuild the system.
This is a real fit and forget piece of software. When
we had to install exchange to support a few users, we
installed it behind MailMax and it works a treat. |

I first started using a competitor of MailMax a few
years ago and recently switched to MailMax 5.5. The
main reason I made the switch was because of the slow
response, impatience and they were impossible to get
a hold of. I have spoken to a few guys on the SmartMax
team and they were amazingly helpful and easy to talk
to. During my demo period they answered all of my
questions clearly and walked me through each feature
I did not fully understand. Thanks for making this
easy. |

I purchased MailMax with Avast! anti-virus and absolutely
love the fact that virus definitions are updated automatically
at a time I specify everyday. This has saved me the
headache of going to the anti-virus company and searching
for the updates on their website. This kind of security
allows me to relax knowing my server is protected.

I just wanted to thank the SmartMax technical support
team for the excellent support you have provided me
since my purchase of MailMax 3.0 a few years ago!
I have to admit I was a little skeptical to upgrade,
but after using the demo of MailMax 5.5 I was sold.
The spam filtering and advanced rules blew me away...not
to mention the integrated virus scanning from Avast!
which I also purchased. MailMax just keeps getting
better. |

Since switching from another email server and virus

MailMax actually supports their integrated solution
in-house providing fast and efficient support. It
is great that I can call in to ask a question about

Installing Avast! only took a few minutes of my time,
and saved me half a days work answering phone calls
from customers that were complaining about viruses
filling up their mailbox everyday. By simply setting
up a rule (recommended by the SmartMax team), my customers
did not even receive notification that a virus was
even sent to them. This left their boxes free of unwanted
clutter and helped eliminate the possibility that
they might accidentally execute an attached virus. |
