Alias Management/Add an Alias
User Options (BasicUserInfo.aspx/Alias.aspx)
Add an Alias:
Enter the FULL email address (ex. user@yourdomain.com) you would like to add and click the button. Once you have added an alias, the 'Alias List' will be populated.

Delete an Alias:
Simply check the box to the left of the alias address and click the button. You may also use the 'Select All' and 'Unselect All' button to mark aliases for deletion.

Add a Forward
User Options (BasicUserInfo.aspx/Forwards.aspx)
Add a Forward:
Enter the FULL email address (ex. user@yourdomain.com) you would like to add and click the 'Add Forward' button. Once you have added a forward, the 'Forwards List' will be populated.

Delete a Forward:
Simply check the box to the left of the forward address and click the 'Delete Selected' button. You may also use the 'Select All' and 'Unselect All' button to mark forwards for deletion.

Forward Options
User Options (BasicUserInfo.aspx/Forwards.aspx)
Forward Options:

1) Enable Forwarding
- Check this box if you would like to enable forwarding for this user.

2) Discard Local Copy of Email - If this option is enabled the email address will ONLY forward mail and NOT store any mail on the server.

NOTE:You are REQUIRED to click the Button in order for these changes to take place.

Auto Responders
User Options (BasicUserInfo.aspx/BasicUserInfo.aspx)
By default, when creating an auto responder the Reply Address, Name and Message Subject are automatically filled in for you. You may edit the information if there are any changes you wish to make.

Reply Address:
The email address to whom the auto responder is sent. By default, it is the primary email address of this account.

Name:
This is the real name in the "From" field of the auto responder.

Message Subject:
A brief description of the message in the "Subject" field of the auto responder.

Message:
The message you would like to be sent in the auto responder. Messages MUST be 255 characters or less, including spaces.

NOTE: You MUST check/uncheck "Enable Auto Responder" in order for the auto responder rule to be enabled/disabled. Always check the button after making any changes or enabling/disabling the auto responder.
