Select a Domain
User Options (BasicUserInfo.aspx)
- If you would like to view the domain details and users of a domain, click "Select".

- If you would like to remove a domain and all it's users from the system, click 'Delete'.

- If you would like to edit a domain's Catch All Account or Monitor Account, click 'Edit' and make your changes.

Catch All Account - Enter the fully qualified email account that is to receive mail in the event that mail is sent to the domain, but the user does not exist. The domain for the catch all account must already exist and the user account must exist as well. Typically, the catch all account is one that exists in the domain that needs the catch all account.

Monitor Account - Enter the fully qualified email account that is to get a copy of all messages sent to and from the domain. The domain for the monitor account must already exist and the user account must exist as well.

NOTE: After entering a catch all or monitor account you MUST click in order for the accounts to be added.

Add A Domain
User Options (BasicUserInfo.aspx/AddDomain.aspx)
Domain Name:
You must enter a fully qualified domain name. (ex. smartmax.com)

Domain Directory:
Enter the drive letter and full path of the directory. This directory will automatically be created by MailMax the first time a message is received for this domain. (ex. c:\mailmax5\newdomain)

You may also enter the UNC path of the directory. (ex.\\myserver\sharename)

To add the domain, click the 'Add a Domain' button and then click 'Back' to view all of the domains.

Domain Filter

Enter the exact word or letters to filter and click to refresh.
Click to show all of the domains.
