Edit Other User Settings
Edit User Account (EditUser.aspx/BasicUserInfo.aspx)
Click 'Edit Other Settings' to view/modify user settings such as:

- Aliases
- Forwards
- Rules
- Autoresponders
- Message Maintenance

Account Type
Edit User Account (EditUser.aspx)
Normal - When this is checked, the email account is setup as a standard email account.

Disabled - Check this to disable the email account.

Spam Trap
- First, this email account will never receive mail. Any email addressed to this email account will be discarded. If email is sent to multiple users on your system including the spam trap in the same session, the session is stopped and no one will receive the email.

Additionally, you have the option of automatically blocking any email address (based on the from: field) that sends an email to the spam trap you have setup. This is set at the server level.

Housekeeping
Edit User Account (EditUser.aspx)
Housekeeping prevents orphaned accounts and old emails from cluttering the server.

System Default - If "System Default" is selected, then the System Housekeeping settings will be used. System Housekeeping settings are set in the MailMax Admin / System Settings Tab / General Tab.



Disabled - Select to disable Housekeeping for this domain.

By Message Age - This setting allows you to delete messages from the system that are over a certain number of days old.

By User Age - This setting allows you to delete users who have NOT connected to POP or IMAP over a certain number of days.

Days - Enter the number of days for "Message Age" or "User Age" as explained above.

Disk Storage Limit
Edit User Account (EditUser.aspx)
Disk Limit (kb) - Sets the maximum amount of disk space (in kilobytes) a users box can contain.

Daily Sending Limits
Edit User Account (EditUser.aspx)
Messages - Limits how many messages the user can send in a single day. Enter 0 to use System Settings.

Megabytes -
Limits how many megabytes of mail the user can send in a single day. Enter 0 to use System Settings.

Disable Daily Limit -
This disables sending limits on messages and megabytes per day.

SMTP Authentication
Edit User Account (EditUser.aspx)
Disable SMTP Auth - If SMTP authentication is normally required for users, selecting this will let the user send mail without authentication.
