Setup rules on a system, domain, or even user
level. Users will be able to give their mailbox
a dynamic behavior based upon how the rules affects
their incoming mail. For example, you could specify
a rule that all emails less than 10k in size received
after 5:00 P.M. would be forwarded to your cell
phone.
Benefit: Empower your users to
automate the handling of their mail at the server

This
will send an email to users telling them that
a message was sent to them, but that it was too
large to fit in their mailbox and was thus rejected.
The MFN-M will contain the email address of the
sender so that they can resolve the issue accordingly.
Here is how this bounceback will look in a
mail client:

will send an email to users telling them that

and they need resolve the issue before they start
having their emails rejected.

because your mailbox is too full.

you to configure MailMax to remove old mail from
a user’s account or delete the user’s
account entirely if it remains unused.
Benefit: Prevents orphaned accounts
and old emails from cluttering the server. |

user within a domain can be setup to receive all
the email sent to accounts not valid on that domain.
Benefit: Never have the receiving
of email delayed again because of an incorrect
email address. |

copy of every email sent or received through that
domain.
Benefit: Monitor your employee's
email activity, or simply keep backup copies of
all email for a particular domain. |
